Beat the queues by booking activities such as fitness classes, badminton, tennis or an adult learning course on our new online Booking System. You can search availability, book and pay for activities up to 7 days in advance (24 hours a day).
You can also access our Swim Lessons Home Portal in order to check your children’s progress, move them to a new Stage or check the account.
How to use Online Bookings?
The advanced search facility at the top of the page will assist you in searching for the activities you wish to book, quicker and easier.
You will be able to book and pay for activities online and settle any unpaid sales on your account via the system. There is a 20 minute payment period to pay for your activities to validate the bookings. Your payment will be collected by Worldpay, a leading provider in payment service, used by companies such as Boots. The centre does not hold any of your personal payment details. Please note that payments made online can only be refunded at reception.

You will receive email notifications for bookings and payments made online.
How to pay?
Once you have selected your activities you can go on to pay to validate the booking. If the activities are included in your membership then this will show up as £0.00 and you can confirm this. If you need to pay then the correct price will be shown and you can follow the easy steps to the payment section.
All major cards accepted, except American Express.
How to move / cancel a booking?
To move your booking, select the move icon to display the availability throughout the week on a grid table. Simply select another booking slot and then confirm the move. Please note moving a booking must be made at least 2 hours beforehand and before moving a booking you will be asked to confirm.
Cancelling is for inclusive members only, but we ask if you could please give us and other customers, at least 24 hours notice so we can try to fill your space. For paid activities a refund can only be done by reception and 24 hours’ notice must be given.
Please note: You will not be able to transfer fitness classes, however if you cannot make a class then please cancel and re-book.

When can I make bookings?
Fitness Class bookings open 7 days in advance for members and 6 days in advance for casual bookings.
Sports activity bookings open 7 days in advance.
How can I view future bookings?
There is a tab on the top toolbar called ‘My Bookings’ which will have a list of all the activities that you have booked.
